Actually I like this Idea, It could help get rid of all those pesky cloaked motherships sitting around (im actually not being sarcastic). Black ops BS should get a bonus in cloak radius reduction so it is kept as leet as it is.

Love This Idea! +1 I really hope that CCP will take notice and implement this eventually. this ship should add more versitility to the Industrial lineup and may help both thwart gankers and get more hisec carebears out into null space.

Space is very dangerous so your sheilds are always "Up". unless you count activating hardeners/boosters to be sorta akin to raising your shields.
